The Weerribben - Wieden National Park is an extraordinary area. The best way to experience the area is by canoe, electric boat, whisper boat or bicycle. You will discover the Weerribben with its typical bridges and peat houses and imagine yourself back in the world of the former peat cutters.

Various cycling routes are available at the reception. Varied nature tours depart from here to Blokzijl, Dwarsgracht, Giethoorn and you will pass the famous Jonen ferry.

If you do not have the opportunity to bring your bicycle, do not hesitate to rent a bicycle. There are different types and sizes of bicycles available, so all ages can cycle through the beautiful nature reserve Weerribben - Wieden.

Renting a bicycle also includes a route. At the reception you will receive a route map with clear explanations, to make everything a little easier and to explore the nice places in the area.
